Michael House in Baker Street has been Marks & Spencer’s head office for nearly 50 years. Recent times have not been easy for the great British brand, but it’s bouncing back. Together with new look collections and jazzy ad campaigns, Marks & Spencer is moving into ultra-modern offices in Paddington, North London. Briefing speaks to CSR director, Ed Williams, about the company’s plans for leaving one community and moving into another.
